Terms of Service

GENERAL
• Commissions are always open unless stated otherwise.
• Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions for stated or unstated reasons.
• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited in any form.
• Always communicate for any feedback such as changes or revisions. I will proceed the work as it is if I do not receive a response within one week (the delivery/deadline might change depending on communication flow).
• You may receive 3 revisions on sketch stage and 2 revisions on rendering stage (color changes only). Any revisions outside the aforementioned description will be charged additional fee based on complexity.
• Canvas size may vary and can be requested.
• Please provide clear and detailed instruction/reference for better result.PAYMENTS & FEES
• All payments are upfront via VGen/PayPal only and it should be paid fully within 1 week or will be cancelled. I will only start working after the payment process is done.
• Complexity fee is between 10-50 USD for all commissions.
• Commercial use will be charged 2 times the total price and merchandise use will be charged 3 times the total price.
• Additional character will cost extra fee depending on the extent of their presence in the artwork (+30-80% on base price).
• You may cancel before payment is made. But once payment is received, refunds will only be available if I cancel the commission.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, or personal matters such as health, unfortunate events, etc.
• The deadline can be requested sooner. But rush fee may apply depending on how soon the artwork needs to be delivered.
• I will keep you updated if delays occur.USAGE & COPYRIGHT
• I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote myself and my services, including the right to post it on social media and in my portfolio. Prior agreement is needed for private commission and will be charged additional fee.
• Commercial use may include any form of usage that generates profit from the commissioned artwork.
• Merchandise use may include any form of usage that generates profit through the creation of products using the commissioned artwork.
• Credit is needed in any form of usage.COMMUNICATION
• All discussions and updates will be in form of DM (direct message) through Email, Discord (nikusaiko_), or VGen chat only.FINAL AGREEMENT
